Owner Florida Gulf Coast Tours

We were instructed where to park our charter bus by employee Veronica. She had me park it at the bus/truck area. Upon entering the charter bus got stuck requiring it to be towed costing $325.00. The managemet refused to pay for the charges incurred. The parking lot was not roped off and there was a sign stating truck parking.The area was just leveled and the ground was not packed down enough to handle the weight of the bus. Hotel also had a roach problem in room 114. Manager is very rude and I would not reccommend this hotel
