I bought a mattress for my mother from Little Sweets this past week while visiting from out of town. Having bought mattresses for myself twice in the past five years, I was a bit cautious about where I'd buy a mattress and about how the salespeople would try to get me to buy a "good deal" that was actually expensive. At Little Sweets I found nothing but kind, professional people who put absolutely NO PRESSURE on me! Woohoo! They were patient as I tried several (OK, all) of the mattresses, and provided immediate free delivery when i decided on a mattress that was a very reasonable price. When I called the next day to say the mattress was too firm and asked about an exchange, they didn't even flinch. I was so impressed that they even delivered the new mattress on a Sunday, when the store is closed, by the owner himself. He stated that he simply wanted to make sure I got a good night's sleep and that i was satisfied with what i bought. You simply can't put a price on that type of service. My previous mattress purchases have come from larger, chain stores, and I always felt somewhat cheated or misguided. I'd highly recommend checking out Little Sweets if you're looking for a mattress!
