Owner came in cleaned the place out. The bad tenants are gone. Now it's peaceful and nice. New staff has done good job. Place look real good.

Since the owners brought in new managers in 2016, the place is much better. Nice office managers, good maintenance guys. lots of improvements. Quiet. Safe. Good deal for the money (all bills paid) I have my privacy.

Apartment was less than perfect on move in. On move out was charged exactly one month rent in cleaning despite leaving apartment spotless. When I called connie she got rude and hung up. Very dirty management. I paid rent on time every time. My original lease even said carpet was jacked and they charged me for that! Can somebody tell me how it costs 320 to clean sinks and tub when it was cleaned with bleach before move out? Thieves.
