Had a mold problem from tge upstairs bathroom leaking they would just paint over the mold and not fix it,my son has allergies and asthma,so i had to move,no deposit back and charged me for stuff they messed up!please don't move here.

I loved living at Parkview! I had just moved from Arkansas here and everyone in the office was so helpful. This was my first apartment ever. It was actually my first time ever renting anywhere! Maintenance was always prompt and so friendly (even though I didn't really need anything but a bulb I couldn't reach changed) I never felt like anything bad would happen to me like being broken in to while my husband was deployed. I always felt safe. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I liked that it was quiet. And I will say the people in the office are nice and helpful But other then that I wouldn't move back. The Maintence was horrible. They always did half fast jobs. Then had mold on the ceiling for at least 3 months! Due to a water leak under the bathtub upstairs. They would just paint over it and act like it wasn't there. Knowing its mold and we had a newborn in the house. The Maintence guys just don't care at all it's like they hate their life.

And when you move make sure you paint! If you don't paint the little scratches in the wall they will take your deposit so don't expect anything back. I wouldn't expect anything back anyways cause they will come up with something to take all of the deposit. So save your time and move on!

Great place to be! New management and new maintenance. Plus in a great location!
