Excellent Service, Chelsea! I was having a challenging day, so I took a quick break from work and ran to KOHL's in MidWest City to buy an outfit to celebrate the wifey's B-day :) Upon arrival, a young lady named 'Chelsea" in the jewelry/perfume/cologne area greeted me with "Hello, Sir!". I was taken back by Chelsea's awesome energy, smile, professionality. I felt noticed and genuinely welcomed! It was refreshing to see an associate appreciate her customer and personalize an interaction! Thank you! K
