We called to get a dumpster delivered because we were going to tear down a shed, we paid $350 for the dumpster up front and filled it with construction materials only. A week or so after they picked up the dumpster we received another bill from them saying we owed an additional $30 for an appliance that was in the dumpster. I called Jim's and assured them there must be some mistake because I personally loaded the dumpster from the end door and there would have been no way someone else could have put one in there.

I asked them what kind of appliance was it? They made a phone call to the landfill to try and figure out what kind of appliance was in my dumpster. After that they still could not tell me what type it was. I ask if they could have the owner call me so we could resolve the problem, I still have not received that call. I believe there was some kind of clerical error but all I get is rude people on the phone and late charges on my bill. Please think twice, BEWARE!
