Do not purchase a vehicle at this establishment. They will cheat you out of money. To make a long story short, they LITERALLY stole $500.00 from me. I was told to put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle to hold it while I went to the credit union to get a cashiers check. The salesperson said verbatim, “this is just to hold the vehicle. We’re not going to charge you”. I came back to the dealership in an hour with a check to pay for the vehicle in full. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed they DID charge me. I left emails and called and they refused to get back to me. My credit card company took their side when I filed a dispute because they are a corporation and I’m and individual. Because this was said verbally, I have no proof of what the salesperson said. The Acura corporation said this is in the hands of the local dealer. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them your business. They are overpriced and will steal your money, literally. They are dishonest and represent the typical slimey, slick and dishonest car salesman stories that you hear of.

If customer service is not important to you, this is the place to go. I received a recall from Acura for my 2009 Acura RDX regarding the air conditioning clutch. When making the appointment, I was told to allow 2 - 2 1/2 hours for the work to be completed. When I arrived, the person who took my information, advised me that he'd "have me out in less than an hour"and I also asked for the rear differential fluid to be changed. . After waiting approximately 1 1/2 hrs, he approached me with a list of over $700. in fluids that needed to be replaced. When I looked at the list, I recognized fluids that I had already had replaced recently. I told him the records were in the glove box. He came back to me and told me that he was not trying to rip me off, but the fluids "looked dark". I asked him to please make the repair and change the fluid as requested. I was then informed, that there was nothing wrong that they could find the the air conditioning (even though it had stopped working twice) and they would not be performing the recall work. 3 1/2 hours later, I left with a bill of $279,+, no recall work done, only the rear differential fluid and a belt replaced. This, unfortunately, is not the end of the story. Acura called to follow up with a survey on how my service went. When I responded, the woman I spoke with apologized and told me she'd have the service manager contact me. I received a call a few days later, returned the call and waited another week plus before the person returned my call. When I finally received the return call, it was not the service manager, but the same person who I dealt with initially. I then called the service manager and explained my issues with the service. He told me he'd "have to do a little investigating" and would return my call, "not tomorrow, but soon". Two weeks later, you guessed it, no phone call. I contacted the General Manager of the dealership who explained to me why I was wrong about everything and being unfair when I said, "If this is the way, you'd like to run your dealership..." The general manager did phone me back and offered to have me bring my car in once again, but I refused. I'm frankly not willing to waste my time so that can tell me they won't perform the recall work unless they can see the problem happening. The punchline to this long tale is that my car is at about 98,000 miles and the warranty for the recall work expires at 100,000. Be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.
