We've all become accustomed to mediocre or poor customer service, so I was pleasantly suprised by the excellent customer service of the Buzz Howe Agency. Tim helped me review my current policy, pointing out ways in which I could save money and was able to put a package together that saved me $300 per year. I have now been a customer for 5 years. I was in an auto accident recently and Tim follow-ed up with me on various occasions to make sure I was OK and to help me with my insurance claim. The claims process was smooth and I am extremely happy overall. Thank you!!

When I left this allstate office I really felt that I had gotten the best deal on my insurance policies. More importantly, I left their office that day with more coverage for a lower price and the peace of mind that I was truly properly insured. It turns out that I was way underinsured with my other insurance company that I was with for 8 years. Thank God nothing happened during that time. The level of service I experienced far exceeded that of any toll free number or internet based insurance company i had dealt with previously. True professionals.
