We originally ordered a 3 part rack for our truck from a different company and found that it was the wrong size. We called Jeff and Mike who not only verified the correct size and ordered it for us, but also offered to take back the incorrect one for us even though we had bought it somewhere else! They were extremely helpful and courteous when we ordered the new kit, promised to have it in 2-3 days and had it in 2.



The real extraordinary experience was when it came time to install the rack and we couldn't figure out the right way to attach the rail system to the truck. I called Jeff who told me to bring the truck in, which I did the next morning. They called their tech, did research on the kit and the truck to make sure they got it on properly, then put the rails on for us free of charge!!!



The guys at American Ladders and Scaffolds have a great understanding of customer service and what it means to go above and beyond the call of duty. They are helpful, professional, courteous, and an all around pleasure to work with. They gained a customer for life and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!
