Don't go here unless you make a 'same day appointment." Receptionist Lisa is very rude. Per Lisa, if you come down with the flu the night before or day of and appointment, they rather you come in for your appointment and get the staff sick or other patients. If you cancel the day before or day of, you will be charged a non-refundable charge of $75.00 without discussion. I (we) were very good patients here for over 5 years, but they could care less. You can't make your appointment, it's okay, we will charge you $75.00. It's all about making money here.
