What a great experience my grandmother received at Napoli Nissan. I was referred by a friend to see Ricky Millz and WOW. He was amazing, he asked questions first to make sure he knew exactly what she was looking for. He lead her right over to a 2018 murano and she fell in love. He went over every feature in a timely professional manner. Ricky was very friendly and held great conversion while we went through the process. My grandmother Joyce was very happy that she came over to Napoli Nissan. VERY DECEPTIVE, SHADY DEALER!! They back out on their deals and FAKE INVOICES to back up their numbers. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!



They made a deal with me and took a $500 deposit. I went back the next day with my car cleaned out and ready to buy. When I got there, they handed me piece of paper with a hand-scribbled monthly payment figure .... different than what it should have been based on the previous agreement. When asked how they derived at this number, they couldn't produce anything formal on paper. I waited 20 minutes while they literally went in the back room and typed a MADE UP INVOICE to back into the "new" figures. They added $2000 to the price they had previously agreed on.... AND reduced the agreed upon trade-in value of my car. They never told me they were changing the deal .... they just handed me this paper and actually thought I wouldn't "notice."



I also had called them the night before to confirm something I was unsure of and was told that my deposit meant nothing .... and they would sell the car anyway if I didn't get in there "with my checkbook" first thing in the morning.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! They are DISHONEST and SNEAKY .... beyond the usual "wheeling and dealing" of a typical car dealer.



I went over to D'Addario in Shelton and had the most pleasant experience! That is the way to go!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!



I'm only giving 1 star here because there is no option to give none.

Never, never go there. These people are running a business that has at best, questionable business practices. They "pretend" to be talking to the manager (of course behind close doors and who seems to be very elusive) to get you "the best deal" and is all a lie. I found out later that the manager was not even there! Good luck if you leave a deposit ("no stings attached, only to hold the car") and try to get it back. Don't make the mistake I made: I am still trying to get my money back after a month. All I hear are stories. I already contacted an attorney.

I've purchased 4 cars from Napoli Nissan. Both new and used. Not only were the sales staff helpful and not too pushy, but the Service Department is terrific too. I had trouble with a used car and because of the extended warranty they recommended, I was able to have repairs done that were covered.
