We ordered a sectional from Pilgrim Furniture in March of 2021, which was delivered in September. As soon as it was brought into the house, it was easy to see that it was completely broken, to the point that it was actually unusable. We contacted the store before the delivery truck had even left the driveway, and we were told that the only way to get in touch with customer service is via email. Following a long stream of emails, we finally had a service technician scheduled to come to try to fix our brand new couch. He took one look at the inside of the sectional, said he had never seen anything so bad, and it was not fixable.

Following another long stream of emails with customer service, it was determined that the only option would be to wait an additional 20-30 weeks for a new piece to be sent. In the meantime, we are now stuck with a completely unusable sectional for the next 5-6 months (over the holidays, no less), which was upwards of $3K. Dealing with customer service was absolutely terrible. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience with every contact, questions were only partially answered, and this company did absolutely *NOTHING* to make this massive mistake right. This will be our first, and definitely LAST experience with this awful store.

Pilgrim does not stand behind the products they sell.

Purchased a couch and a power recliner in January 2012 and took delivery in February. The power recliner is now broken. It stopped working (bet you can guess when) less than a week after the expression if the warranty! Store will do nothing for us! Chair cost $750+. What a rip off! Don't buy from Pilgrim!

Terrible to do buisness with. Purchased special order dinette set and buffet w/ hutch. Waited 4 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery furniture was so scratched up, splintered, etc. So much so the driver informed us(wife and self) that he would not let us except it. After driver made a couple of calls all furniture (except 2 tall chairs) were put back on truck and taken away. Told we would have to wait another 4 weeks for re-delivery. Well after 4 weeks no furniture. 2 weeks later, finally, delivered. Quess what, that's right. As unboxing noticed damage, and this time the buffet and hutch were 2 different colors. Needless to say I wouldn't purchase a pillow from this company, never. Not a call from the salesperson who I would think has lost her commission. Best they did for us was credit us $50 dollars on sectional we purchased (and we are waiting for that to start falling apart). STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!!!!!EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! 1Star only because site make you.
