Avoid "Patty"

While this is quite a nice post office, I've had several run ins with a postal worker named Patty. She is loud and rude. One time, I went in to pick up a package. I had brought the slip that had been left in my mailbox by the postman, along with the required ID. Unfortunately, the address on my driver's license was different that my current residence. It would have taken a quick minute to look up the change of address I'd filed with the post office months earlier. This woman, Patty, despite the fact that I had the pink post office slip and a valid picture driver's license, louldy and rudely demanded that I show her a utility bill with the current address. I did not have one with me. (Who carries their utility bills around?) She told me I'd have to return with one. I was on my lunch hour and did not have time so I asked to speak with her manager. The postmaster, who was very nice, quickly retrieved my package. However, the whole process took half an hour, thus no lunch for me that day. Now when I go to the post office, I avoid "Patty" even if I have let the person in line behind me go first. I will not deal with her. She should be fired.
