The gentlemen that own this store are very fair. However, they have a woman that works there and I have dealt with her twice. She either will outright lie or does not have a clue as to what she is doing with jewelry. She tries to use terms to make herself sound as if she knows what she is doing but that are not even correct and used by anyone who has worked in the industry even uses for grading jewelry.

The two guys that own this shop our great. Best prices given for merchandise and will deal with merchandise that they are selling. They are great!
