I've used Birchler's several times for routine service and their work was great. They're honest, rates were fair, just couldn't ask for more. They even diagnosed and fixed an intermittent electrical problem that other shops weren't able to. Excellent customer service and the loaner car was a real plus.

Bring your car else where. They will reel you in and rip you off big time. I paid almost double what I would of paid had I brought my car to a dealership for the same work. They didn't even fix the problem. Absolutely the worst place I've ever brought my car to in 35 years
