Had terribly broken screen fixed promptly today. They informed me of my options, and am very pleased with the aftermarket screen (didn't get new since am replacing phone soon.) They were also able to replace my long-suffering defective battery, ending a several months long struggle, and a recent need to only use it when plugged in. They were fast and efficient, conveniently located, and even waited a few min past closing at seven pm for me to pick up. They also provided a discount of 25% as I had two repairs. Very pleased with John, he was very easy to work with, and whomever else serviced the phone. Wouldn't hesitate to turn to them again for my repair needs!

Went in for a warrantied screen repair. New screen was damaged. Waited a week for another screen. They installed new screen and in the process broke the phone irreparably. Now it needs replacement. They want me to accept an old refurbished phone that may have had multiple owners. Called insurance company to find out Milford should have filed claims when the new screen was faulty and again when they permanently damaged my phone but of course they wanted to cover their tracks. Now my $900 phone is worth nothing and they refuse to replace it and Asurion is blaming them for not following protocol. So basically I am getting screwed with a replacement one that has not even been produced since 2017 and has been refurbished multiple times
