Highly professional and responsive. We called late on a Friday evening when our furnace would not start and we had no heat or hot water. Our regular furnace guy who we've been using for nearly 20 years was unavailable, so we had to find somebody else quickly. After calling about a dozen other companies and being told that they either were not accepting new customers right now or were too busy, we called Fire and Ice, who said they would get in touch with the on call tech and have him call us right away. He called within 20 minutes and then was here within about 30 minutes of calling. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got our furnace going in no time. It turned out there was water in the tank. Their labor rate was also very reasonable, especially for after hours on a Friday night. Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them and use them again!
