W. E. King Surveyor, LLC is a family owned and operated business established in 2001 by Wilfred (Willy) E. King. As a Maine surveyor, we have experience in all phases of surveying from research to field work to drafting to boundary consultation. We perform boundary surveys, deed research, boundary dispute consultation, expert witness testimony, site plans, subdivision plans, topographic mapping, construction surveying, horizontal and vertical control surveying, elevation certificates, and route surveys for the Department of Transportation bathymetric surveys, underwater pipeline crossings, and volume computations for both onshore and offshore excavation. We have performed work on behalf of individual landowners, developers, law firms, other design professionals, state entities such the Department of Transportation, and municipalities.
