Bad energy in this store! I called ahead for a specific product. There was one left in stock and was being held in refrigeration for me. Once I found the store (my first and last visit) the only person I noticed never acknowledged me. I went directly to the checkout. I said hello to let her know I need her assistance. I watched her make a gesture to someone I couldn't see in the next room. Then she told the other person that she would help me. Her attitude and body language screamed she didn't want to be bothered. She asked what I wanted with an annoyed tone to her voice. I was feeling so uncomfortable I wanted to leave. I live in another state and didn't know where else to go in the area. She never did find what I needed and told the other girl to help me. She apparently was on the phone. She was pleasant and made the experience a little easier. I noticed a "help wanted" sign in the window. My advice to anyone considering a job at the Health Mart pass this one up. I don't know if this woman was an owner, manager or what but she seemed to be a nightmare to work with or for. Also, I wouldn't recommend shopping here. They clearly have no interest in your business. My first clue was the incorrect address on line. I am not even going to give the correct address in this post as I would not promote this business in any way. I am used to health food stores that employ happy, friendly and helpful people. You will not find that at the Health Mart in Milford, Michigan. I am so disappointed.

This place is great. Very well stocked for a local health food store. Kathleen, the owner is very knowledgeable and has helped many of her clients, including me, use sound, natural solutions to better our health and well-being.

I gave one star because they had the item I was looking for, however, the staff was rude cold and unwelcoming. I wandered around looking while three people, one of whom was the owner ignored me. I was finally forced to say hello can someone answer a question? to be acknowledged. The best part was when I chose the least expensive item I was shown and the owner sniffed at me.
