Provided by YP.comHorrible with kids and contacts! Happy to take your money up front for contact exams and an "instructional class" that is just a YouTube video. While your kid is practicing, they tell you how parents force their kids to stay until they are crying and instead of trying to help, they convince you and your kid that they are just not ready!!! After they have your money, they tell you to bring your kid in to practice "anytime" but refuse you when you arrive because they are "too busy!" They tell you to come in every 2 weeks to practice and then tell you to take a couple months off. After 2 months "off" they say the class money was refunded (?) because you didn't show up for 2 months!!! After 1 YEAR of wasted time and money, my child (7th grade) still cannot insert or remove contacts!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE "service" and customer "care!" I wish I could give them ZERO stars! Disgusting!!!
We are sorry that you are upset. Unfortunately, your son had a difficult time with contact lenses. That happens sometimes, but we always work with kids and adults in a patient and professional manner. We want them to succeed!! This process with your son started last September (almost a year ago). Our contact lens class does start with a YouTube video but then a certified optician sat with your son for almost an hour personally instructing him on insertion of the contact lenses. He was unable to get the contacts in. We recommended that he come back another time to work on them. After 2 months of trying multiple times and our staff spending time personally instructing your son, you requested a refund because it wasn’t working. We refunded you. We did still allow your son to come in and practice. We were hoping he'd be able to get the contacts in. When you stopped in last night, we were busy with appointments and the contact lens room was being used by scheduled patients, so there wasn't room for your son to practice. We are sorry for that inconvenience. Again, we apologize that you were unhappy with our service. . We hope that one day your son is able to wear contacts if that is his desire.
