Shane is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable,and propmt. He is very easy to talk to and willing to explain anything you ask him. I have an older fence but shane helped me get a new collar for a smaller dog to match it. His patience with the dogs as he is training them on the fence line is also outstanding. As the owner of The Silver Bone Pet Salon in Highland, I would highly recommend Shane to anyone.

Shane did a great job with everything from helping us select the right system for our puppy to installing and training. Shane called the day after installation and training to see if we had any concerns or questions.

I hired Shane to install an underground fence when I got my new puppy. Not only were the services affordable but the customer service was excellent and Shane was quick to respond to my phone calls. He showed up on time and finished the work and cleaned up any mess afterwards. Highly recommended. A+

Shane was wonderful! The scheduling process was so quick and we set up an appointment for the next day (even though he was willing to come that same day). We had a pre-existing invisible fence with the house when we bought it, but Shane was able to fix the lines and move them to where we wanted them. It was such a quick process and he even had our dogs trained that same day! Unbelievable. I would highly recommend him to everyone, especially because his pricing was very reasonable.

Shane came out to the same day I called and was able to fit me into his schedule. He was great, affordable, cheapest I found so far and he was able to fix my system that was down for over a year. He also did a refresher training with my dog. I was very impressed and would recommend him to all. Very nice and very personable.
