I had purchased propane from this business the year before last. When you get the tank they do not tell you there is a rental charge. But what do you know they charge you rental for something that their product goes into. That is one.They also make it very difficult to purchase their product. If you write a check they make you wait until they get it to the bank and get it cashed before they will even give you a date for delivery. Needless to say one year of this was almost enough.

Then this year I decided to wait until it got real cold to finally order more propane, it just never really got to cold that we could not heat with firewood and heaters. I contacted them and told them to pick up the tank. That was a good 2-3 monthes ago. Now they sent a bill saying that they are charging $200.00 for no usage fee.

What a crock. This needs to go to the better business bureau.Needless to say. The customer does not matter to them.

Honesty is not a priority.If you are looking for a competent and reliable Propane provider this is not the place to go.
