We currently have property available for build-to-suit projects in and around the Milford area. 1990 Now operating dozens of earth-moving machines, Kellerman Company grows to one of the most efficient excavating firms in the area. 1999 Kellerman Company continues to expand with completion of its first build-to-suit project at 1175 U.S. Rt 50 in Milford, a 12, 000 sq. ft. facility for Grace Plastics. May, 2007 Kells Lane Office Park project comes to completion with nine tenants operating in six 12, 000 sq. ft. facilities.
