At first I didn’t think it was to bad of a place but upon going to cancel the so called “manager” Shyla was rude and disrespectful to me. I obtained a PF pass the same day as my sister, who got the exact same pass and canceled 3 months later without paying the “cancelation fee”. I told Shyla this and after calling what I’m guessing is her superviser and looking through the computer she says “well idk why we waved it but we can’t wave yours.” I then ask to talk to someone higher up or to have the phone number of the coorperate office which she also refused to give me. Finally she rolls her eyes at me with an attitude saying whatever I’ll wave it but I’m charging you for next months membership. The cooperate office will be hearing a complaint about the manager and the gym and a complaint about her charging me for another month for no reason... if anyone else is in need of pf customer service and coorperate office their number is (603) 750-0001.

This may be a great club- I didn't go more than 4 or 5 times but the facilities and services seemed fine. Just be forewarned: After the initial 12 months, your membership automatically renews whether you know it or not. (It's in the original contract). You must walk in to sign to cancel or send a certified letter.
