Living at The SEM Laurels is very nice! The grounds are beautiful, the apt building is kept clean and neat; many activities are offered but most of all, the people here are friendly, inclusive and helpful! Donna, who manages the office, is personable and knows everyone by name. Any requests for maintenance is taken care of quickly and efficiently, mostly by Daniel...a young man who is "family" to our building! Rob, our activities director, always keeps the residents busy with many choices of things to do. And he is open for suggestions. Jeannie, our hair stylist, along with Jordyn, manicurist, are eager to please with services (priced just right!!). Often, the salon is the "meeting place" for ladies and gents to know all about...everything!! Good conversation, coffee and candy!! Pets are welcome, assessibility is easy, shopping is close and everyone looks after each other. Being a "second generation" here has been a warm and comfortable place to be!!
