This place is a joke. I tried to get a script filled here. Long story short: they filled the wrong thing, I called and had the doc fix it, the STILL failed to fill the drug correctly. I came back a couple weeks later (after it was supposedly fixed) and tried to explain the problem, which prompted them to cancel the prescription entirely. Poof. Vanished. My medicine just disappeared. I could have stayed there and tried to rectify the whole thing but it wouldn't have been worth dealing with such marvelous idiots. These people should not be dolling out pills or giving flu shots; I truly believe they are stupid enough to give someone hepatitis.

just horrible, filled a refill with the wrong drug , then no apology! wait time is deliriously long, and the guy working the drive through was super duper incompetent , with all the pharmacies to choose from, why come here anymore??

The 5-star review from Lilly143 seems to be a plant. It HAS to be. This place does NOT have an "old school family friendly" feeling. It has a creepy vibe of a place that is a front for something else entirely, and probably unsavory. I walked in and immediately a girl behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I didn't think from her tone that "just looking" was going to cut it - even though the store is set up to look like a "store" with shelves, it's also very barren and weird. Then I told her I wanted some ketosis strips, which a guy, who I assume runs the place, had to get orm the back. Then he said to me OUT OF NO WHERE, "don't open them and return them." Yes, that;s the friendly family feeling I am looking for. I wonder what they are really doing in there. There are never any cars there, and no one was there when I was there. They stay in business somehow but not by being a pharmacy. Very creepy, weird, and unfriendly. Insurance scam perhaps? If Rite Aid does not have what you want you can get it cheaper and in a day or two from Amazon. I do not feel guilty about using Amazon anymore to "save" the mom and pop shops. Don't waste your time.

A family member of mine recently had business with aliton pharmacy and wasn't completely satisfied. A word of advice to a new branch of this pharmacy.... If you want to build a clientele you need to be pleasantly accommodating and sweet as sugar, especially with all the local compitition.Ill give you another chance, hoping you simply had a bad day, but if this is what business with you is like....I'm done!!

I recently visited your pharmacy to fill a prescription first of all the pharmacist was rude and both assistance were very rude I received my script but then to find out that he called my doctor with out my knowledge and that against the privacy act noticed I should have been notified that he was notifying my doctor I was not satisfied with service and I will never be back to Alitions again very unsatisfied customer and also I will never refer any one to that pharmacy.

Great new pharmacy. Great location! Has that old school family feeling neighborhood pharmacy. The best around!
