Hesitant at 1st, they did everything to try to get airplane mode unstuck from my PC had to reset my system. If they said they would call back they did, answered my questions to the fullest and reset my apps to my PC. Also if there should be any other questions I was told to call, how awesome. I now have internet up in running,Thank you to my assigned techs and supervisors that worked hard on my computer. Have a great day.

The services are quite good and the price is affordable. I mean a year's warranty for just $199.99 keeping my PC safe and secure. Really, COTEQ is the perfect immune system I need for my PC.
