Well it appears the owner has screwed another good mechanic, it is back to drinking in the shop, no customer service and used parts on machines.

Sad to see Harry run out of a good location, DO NOT USE This business

Do not deal with this business. Left 5 chainsaw chains for sharpening. They lost them, and would not replace them. Value $120. Will not answer the phone

Highly recommended. They picked up my snow thrower, repaired it in one day, then delivered it back to my door the next day. You won't find that type of service almost anywhere..Reasonable price for the work done..... Keep local shops like this one OPEN !

They have fixed my push mower and snow blower, which they picked up and dropped off at my house. I recently dropped off my generator, the lady behind the counter helped me unload it from the back of my car, listened as I described the problem and told me it should be done in a few days. They do a great job at a great price.

In my opinion, don't ever go here. Customer service doesn't exist. Deception is what they practice. I sent my tractor in for a new belt. They replaced everything without authorization then charged me over $400.00. All I needed was a belt. I paid for the belt and that's all. They have the nerve to request more money. BEWARE of padded bills. Why would anyone replace all parts on a new tractor, when all that was needed was a belt. How do you tell if it's replaced if it was new to begin with?

It's obvious that customer satisfaction means nothing to the jerk that runs this place, or the yahoos that work for him. Save yourself time, money, and aggrevation and make the trip to John's in Port Jervis. He is so much more customer friendly.

I would not recommend this business. I was over charged $54.oo on my bank card and I am getting the run around trying to get my money back. The employees are incompetent in doing this transaction. I asked to speak to John the owner and was told he is very rarely there and they do not know how to get ahold of him. Stay away from this business. I will persue this matter and let you know the outcome. NK

Went there to get a belt for a lawn tractor. They let me take one home to try and see if it fit, and said to come back and pay for it if it fit. I'll always use these people from now on!

Johns Power Equipment Are F%^&&Ing RipOff"s Went There was done fixing (Cleaned Out the Carb) There QUOTED A PRICE OF $140 THEN A PRICE OF $170 I CHANGE THE AIR FIL AND THE SPARK PLUG MYSELF BUT THERE DID IT ANYWAY. BEWARE STAY STAY FAR FAR WAY FROM THEM.
