I went to the Gamestop in Mililani today. There is one guy who stands out above the rest, Joe. He is a very knowledeable and professional representative. He explained the benefits of each game purchased: I bought three games. Joe is an exceptional expert at his craft in salesmanship. I'd give this guy a raise. I've recently moved to Hawaii from Tennessee and only know Joe by shopping at the Gamestop Mililani location.

My husband who has no clue about gaming system bought a pre-owned Wii console from here and did not checked if all the parts were in the box. The sales person did not bother checking either and just gave him the box. My daughter was very disappointed on Christmas day because she could not play anything. The sensor bar was not included. To top it all off none of the stores were open to get one for the console.
