If you are thinking of moving in keep in mind that this complex was built in the 1960's. Wiring within the walls may not be properly maintained which can result in personal and/or property damage. Corrosion, melted metal, and other burn patterns on wall outlets and associated conductors are not those of a properly functioning appliance.
