What used to be a healing, nurturing environment has become a toxic money-making monster. Debbie O'Neill, the Chief Program Officer, is literally the worst thing that ever happened to the place. She takes delight in telling some of the most dedicated and compassionate people how they're terrible at their jobs....meanwhile she is a former RN with no experience in mental health or managing a company of that nature and who seems to be intoxicated all the time. She has single-handed turned that place into a nightmare for employees and an unsafe place for residents. She calls the shots when it comes to who is admitted there and bypasses our protocol by allowing dangerous, actively suicidal/drug-using/violent people into a program that is not equipped to deal with such people.. DO NOT WORK HERE OR WASTE 20k/MONTH ON YOUR LOVED ONE. Do your research and don't believe the reviews you read - most of them were written under coercion or with the promise of incentive.
