Very professional. I had a problem with my car that needed immediate attention. The gentleman that saw me was very kind and attentive. He met with me upon arrival and looked over my car and was able to take care of the problem without much trouble which was fortunate. He would not even take a tip for his trouble. He just asked that I return if I needed further service which I will indeed!!

Paul and his crew are awesome at Mill Valley Auto Service. They take great care in doing the usual factory service, as well as finding out and fixing what's wrong. I've been taking my two vehicles there for about 7 years, and they run better than they did when I was taking them to the dealers. Plus, they're a lot cheaper...

Mill Valley was very thorough with finding out what was wrong with my car. They quoted a price and fixed it on time! Great customer service too!

I took my car in to get my oil changed and asked them to replace my brakes. Normally I go to the dealership and they charge me for the oil change and even if my brakes don't need to be replaced they charge me $70 for a 30 second inspection of the brakes. Not only did these guys tell me my brakes were fine but didn't charge me for looking at them either.

Great service I highly recommend Paul and his team at Mill Valley Auto Service. They are efficient, smart, very nice and helpful. And the price is right. Really all you could ask for.

Service was great did not try to sell work that was not needed.gave the answer in short time called me when they was done. sent emails to me which i like!
