Bill is super friendly and knowledgeable, i havent had any work done by him but I can for sure say that there is NO OTHER PLACE in marin that has the same experience in bikes, there is no point in looking around just take your bike to him if you need work done, simple as that. Better yet if he can help you out without you spending any money more than likely he will, i dont even spend that much money at quality but he has always spent tons of time trying to find random crap for my crappy bike.

p.s. not sure whats going on with that map, but the place is at tam junction, not 20 miles out past.
