I called the 692-9933 number for an appointment and was put on hold for 3 min. I decided to show up and the manager refused to give me the therapist of my choice since I did not make an appointment by phone. I explained the wait problem and they ignored it. The manager Spenser is not customer friendly with no greeting and no good bye.



The facials are very good unfortunately, the facial people don;t last very long. They always leave after 4-5 weeks due to personnel issues.



However some of the therapists are exception: Frank, Susan, Rachel are excellent therapists.
