Ana is very knowledgeable and has excellent time management skills. During her time with us, she re-organized our entire office from the Kitchen pantry to the filing system. She helped create an HR system for our small office by creating New Hire packets, an employee handbook, exit interview packets and performance management reviews. She is also very detail oriented and was able to pull off an off-site comprised of executives, sales associates, vendors and analysts. From start to finish, selecting a venue, securing rooms, conference room arrangement, meals, and agendas, along with evening events. Ana has an organizational system where she is able to manage her projects, keep receipts, and stays within the budget. She has a "can do" attitude and is honest if she unable to commit to a time line. One this is evident, she is capable of handling large volumes of work, has alot of insight and creative ideas to pull things off.
