These are the most unprofessional pharmacy staff in the area. I dropped off my prescriptions and told to come back in 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I receive a call that my insurance on-file is out of date; not sure why I wasn't asked for this when I dropped off the prescriptions. After providing the updated insurance info, I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes to fill. Again, 30 minutes later, I was told that one of the three medications was not available and would have to be ordered. Before I agreed to order it, I inquired about cost. After a few minutes, I was told my out of pocket cost was >$150. When I was asked for a generic, I was told to call my doctor and request a different prescription. Really? Isn't the pharmacy's responsibility? This place is pathetic and I will drive to the Prattville Walgreen's before using another CVS...
