Always have a great experience when I visit Hair Masters-Millbrook. Vanessa is a great stylist and manager! All of the other stylists are very kind and give great hair cuts as well. I have been going in for about a year now and have never seen a customer walk out disappointed.

I walked in with my 2 little boys needing haircuts for them. The manager looked at the shade of my children's hair, which is blonde, and said very rudely we are not capable of cutting that type of hair. She asked the other girl on duty if she could and she very abruptly turned her nose up and said no. It embarrassed my children and made him feel as if there was something wrong with having blonde hair. The absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life, I left in tears. If you have been to beauty school you should know how to cut any shade of hair and blend it well. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

I had one stylist laugh at the horrible job the "stylist" who gave me my haircut did. I went in for no length taken off and ended up with a good 3 inches off because two different stylist tried to fix the botched cut. I was so upset that I got up during the key holder (no manager on duty) got done chopping off my all ready WAY too short hair! I do not recommend this "salon".
