Ate lunch at Jacks for the first time today. Shrimp basket for my cousin, clam basket for me. That comes with fries and cold slaw, that wasn't cold. I had sweet tea, she had water. The bill came to

$28.00!! WTH? We could have eaten at the Casino all afternoon, unlimited food, for $20.00. We will never go to Jacks again.

ATTITUDE!!!

Went through Sunday morning to get breakfast for 4 adults and 2 young children, the young lady taking our orders got an attitude after putting in our order, then when we arrive at the window the young lady that took our order said, "I'm not in the mood for this today", well that is your job!!!! We then paid, and of course 1 biscuit was wrong, so we returned it to get the correct biscuit, then the manager came over and requested the whole order back, for what I don't know, he then with an attitude himself threw the wrong biscuit away and handed us a new correct biscuit. The manager Will, that's his name, needs an attitude adjustment along with his staff!!! The ONLY good thing about this visit was the food!
