Ken installed a new tub for me. This job was EXTREMELY difficult for reasons I won’t get into. Ken did an AWESOME job! He also fixed part of the cast iron for my toilet. A job he tells me most plumbers don’t even know how to do. He did it in a snap. He was on time each day and really knows his stuff. I researched several plumbers for the job and he was the most affordable. Can’t say enough good things about Ken. I highly recommend you check him out for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I contacted Ken for an estimate on a sewer pipe replacement. He came out and gave my mother a verbal estimate. My mother told me he seemed like he had no interest. I emailed him a few days later asking for a written quote to which he did not respond. I called him the next day around 8pm and surprisingly he answered. I asked for a written estimate but he said he only does free verbal estimates. He never said this before. He also told me I could maybe get a written estimate by Sunday but he was "kinda busy." He also said that he never talked to me before. This was a lie as we spoke through e-mail, he spoke with my wife on the phone, and my mother in person. I pointed out how we had already spoke and that he was now contradicting himself. At this point, Ken hung up on me. Throughout this entire conversation it was evident Ken was intoxicated as he was slurring his words. If your going to drink-don't answer the phone. He was extremely unprofessional.
