If I could give no star at all I would. This company is crooked they towed my car from my friends house while I was in the house sleeping I woke up the next morning to a hand written note on the porch regarding alpha towing being the reason behind my missing car when I called to get information on why they took my car nobody could give me a legitimate reason for taking it and a few times I called they hung up or denied having my car in their company system I had no state ID to prove who I was and also had a broken back at the time with my medication among other things stored in my car and was denied access to get any of my belongings and was never able to get my car. They are the worst company I have ever seen and would not wish my experience with alpha towing on anyone

Tows cars randomly when they need to make money if they are contracted with a company.

These people need to be shut down!
They ILLEGALLY tow innocent people and then won't help them. It has happened to a number of innocent people that live in our park. They don't return phone calls or messages. Pure scum.

Completely unprofessional. Don't park anywhere you see Alpha Towing signs or support the company's who hire them. I ate at Costa Vida in West Valley City. We didn't see any towing signs when entering the parking lot or in front of where we parked. We then walked across the street to catch a show at the hale center theater. Coming back to find our car towed was frustrating. The young kid on the phone was a complete moron, actually lied to me telling me he owned the company! Understanding that happens sometimes we showed up to pick up our car and were treated very poorly. They actually made fun of us and were very unprofessional! We were completely disgusted. Now questioning what type of business's would hire this type of company, who would employ such trash, and who really charges $275?
