Management/maintenance sets rigid dates and times to fix repairs including out of regular 8am-5pm business hours. They disregard tenant's, a paying customers', doctor appointments and work schedule consistently. Will ignore/not respond and have not shown up to established maintenance appointments of available dates tenant was off or available then blame tenant that didn't allow access into the rental property...BAD BUSINESS...

Current resident at one of these managed properties. All I can say is do not enter into an agreement with this company. Many complaints to homes that do not and will not get fixed. Just google SCM and read the reviews. Bad management will catch up to you.

They are a very pleasant company to rent from.
