Provided by YPmobileThis was the absolute worst experience when getting t-shirts and polos made for our business. At first there were issues with them sending us the proofs via email, so I went into the store to see the proofs, and they couldn't find the proof on their computers. It took 3 separate visits to the store to get the proofs right. This blond lady which appeared to be the manager, was uterly rude to her staff. Unfortunately I had to order 3 other shirts after I picked up my first order. On the second order, the staff acted as if they had no records of my previous purchase or proofs. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience!

What you are describing goes against everything we strive to achieve as a team. We have had email issues recently due to our account being hacked, and we have since resolved that issue. I know it was very frustrating for our clients at that who were not receiving their proofs and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and willingness to come in to view them. We do have some new hires that may explain the trouble locating the files or the first order, but the rest of your described experience is simply unacceptable and I would like the opportunity to speak with you further. Providing a superior customer experience is our only goal and we train every new team member to do everything they can to ensure that projects flow without hassle up to the moment we deliver a top-quality product. Provided by YPmobileWorst customer service. Would not fix the monogram they clearly messed up and blamed it on the shift since I brought it myself; which was clearly not the case. Also I asked for left chest and they put it left center; totally awkward!! Messed up my Christmas presents completely and would do nothing to make it right.
Stephanie, I do apologize for the issues that arose with your order. Because of what happened with your project and your pickup, we have since revised our Customer Supplied Waivers that are required before we will proceed with the production of supplied items to ensure that there is no way there can be any misunderstandings. We have also empowered our consultants to be able to work out amicable resolutions should issues arrive without the approval of management. I sincerely apologize again for what happened. I actually originally took your order and you and your mother were an absolute pleasure. I was very saddened by the news that there were issues when the consultant called me after you had picked up. I don't expect you to trust our services, because I understand how frustrating your experience must have been, but I do want to thank you for your feedback and promise that should you want to ever give us another go at it- we would not disappoint.
