Everything they said they would do they did. Start to finish in 4 weeks with the bad weather. Different crews for different jobs all very professional. Paid 40 k for Roman Style 40x 20 pool but that’s with spa, Salt water filter, heater, lights so on etc. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is they weren’t very helpful as it pertained to the sheer decents. Always available by phone even after hours. I would use them again and definitely recommend them. I thought they were excellent. Comparing prices to swim kings and the other locals they were cheaper or equal to. FYI I used their plumber and my electrician. I also used my mason. They guy they used wanted 50 k for patio little steep for me.

They will promise you everything you want and give you nothing in return.
I would not recommend this company. I would try another.

Spent 35k on a pool with them, the only time they made contact with me was for the next payment. I've had so many problems with them from the 1st day. Pool is still not done, may have to throw them off the job and go with another company.

Horrible company. They "maintained" my pool during prolonged absences from my home. Found out they were not even showing up yet billing me for service and chemicals! They are absolutely unethical frauds. Do not use!

STAY AWAY, I agree, all they care about is that you pay the bill. Store personnel inexperience, do not trust water testing, I took same water samples to other stores who flat out told me not to buy any chemicals until my issue with pool was resolved as they mentioned to me I would be wasting my money. as I said STAY AWAY

I have been dealing with Arthur Edwards Pool & Spa Center for 25+ years and I am unable to speak a bad word about them. They have been in the pool and spa profession for almost 40 years?!?! Obviously they are doing something right. I have referred numerous friends and family and they too have had a very satisfying experience. From the owner, to their sales dept, to the pool store, to the office staff. Each take pride in their work and will stop at nothing to make sure the customer is always happy. I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for a pool or spa.

Warning.........If anyone is looking to put in a swimming pool ..Do Not Use Arthur Edwards Pools !!!!....They are a scum bag company....They use flex pipe plumbing for in ground pools, which if you do an internet search comes up with hundreds of stories of termites and animals eating through the pipe....My pool is leaking now and when I called they said they don't warranty the plumbing in the ground....The company was horrible from the beginning. Not showing up when they were supposed to , not calling back. The pool took an extra month than what they said it would. Just a warning so you don't have to go through what I am going through, having to break up my patio to get to leaking plumbing.

i have had 3 pools built by this company over a 25 year period at my 3 fifferent homes.all my experiences have been great. they follow through and do what they say they will do. i still use them to service my pool at my present home.

Not sure of others experience but I had a pool put in by this company and have nothing but good things to say the salesman was very informative and the work was top notch I dealt with the main office and since service and have had nothing but positive outcome would highly recommend.

STAY WAY! I agree with the other reviews. I live out east and had a pool put in this summer. Horrible construction experience. No communication. They only call when they want money. God forbid you have a question and call to ask. The two "ladies" (i use the term ladies losely to keep the review polite) they have working in the office are rude and obnoxious. The lady in service actually told me i am free at any time to take my business elsewhere. That was the first time a company ever told me that.



The only bright spot of the company is the retail store in Miller Place. They have always been courteous and very knowledgeable. The store is clean, well organized, and they always have the parts i need or the answer to my questions. I do however travel into the Miller Place store, or call an order in for delivery because they have another store out east by me in Jamesport but that store is a joke. The lady there that says she is the manager doesn't know a damm thing about pools. I went in twice looking for help, and she called the Miller Place store and had me explain to one of the guys there the problem so they could help me over the phone. Then they did not even have the chemical i needed, and i had to go pick it up or wait for them to transfer it out.



Over all if anyone asked me i would tell them to go to the store in miller place, but have another company build or service your pool. And never call the main office. It is not worth the aggravation!

Buyer beware...they will tell you anything upfront and completely de-emphasize potential problems, additional expenses and maintenance. You are there for them - they are not there for you...no concern for customer at all. Would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Great up front on the sales approach but does not follow through on promises.

Communication is disjointed. Avoids dealing with realtiy...only interested in making the sale.

I am hoping the pool is good for a long time-i do not want to deal with theses people again.

They couldn't care less.

The worst experience with construction ever!!! No communication at all, only time someone would call back would be for money. stay away from this extremely mismanaged company.
