have done business with them for over 15 years, they are the hardest people to get along with and please. several years ago i left some items with them on consignment(they paid for everything else). it has been long enough that i figured if the items were not sold now, they never would be, i wanted them back because my mother designed them and she passed away just before xmas(2010), i have been totally ignored, it they want to keep them or already sold them and pocketed the money-- more power to them. avoid this place at all costs, they are not only this way to their vendors, but also to customers-- have witnessed it firsthand.
