I TOOK IN MY TRACTOR FOR TUNEUP AND ENDED UP WITH A MOWER THAT ONLY RUNS IN REVERSE AND THE TRANSMISSION IS TOTALLY MESSED UP. I ASKED FOR THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY COMPLETELY DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING THERE FOR REPAIR. THEY TOOK OVER A MONTH AND CHARGED 5 HOURS OF LABOR FOR A BROKEN TRANSMISSION.

Hope everybody that reads this wil think twice before renting any equipment there. Im a farmer and a oil field buisness man from fredericksburg. I had a pond on the farm that i wanted to clean out and i rented a excavator from them for the job. the PC 160 KOMATSU. I ended up using the machine for 14.0 hours. They charge $450 a day on a 8 hr per day rental. They said they would work with me on the hour rental deal and we were all happy. The machine arrived on my property and they unloaded it. I parked it and was gonna check the oil and water on it before use. I opened the radiator compartment and it was full of leaves and twigs half way up the radiator. BIG FIRE HAZARD!!!! I cleaned it out and proceeded with my digging. I got he machine muddy because it started to rain on me while i was busy. There was only a little mud on the tracks. I had to leave town on buisiness that next day and called them to come get it again. It sat here on my property for 3 days before they came and got it. They charged me $2600 for the rental. A $600 cleaning fee. All they did was scrape the mud off tracks with a shovel and then waited till it dried and just run it so the dirt would fall off. Took them maybe 20 min. Then they blaim me for a rubber seal on the window that was leaking witch i had no idea about. $200. Then when i called they said it was a $150000 machine and they dont like it dirty. They have a machine THAT U DIG DIRT WITH and they dont like it dirty. I told them they should be in show buisness for machines then!!!! The rental was the rest of the charge.They charged me the full amount to my credit card.Was supposed to be $675 for rental $140 for delivery and pick up, used $191 feul and all taxes. Should have been around $1400 and it was $2600. They didnt even care. So lesson learned. dont give a form of payment upfront because they will SCREW U for everything they can get!!

their business must be very good because they obviously did not need my money. I attempted to rent a grinder for an excess of a year. Every time I call the bits are on order and they will call me back. Of course they would never call me back. Finally today the gentleman admitted that they had no intention of ordering the bits. Thanks for the great customer service
