They didn't pick up my trash that I put out the day before. When I got home from work I thought they may just be running late. Then I took my car to the garage and got back a couple hours later and noticed everyone else's trash was picked up but mine. I went to sleep and when I drove down my lane my trash was everywhere. A bear ripped my 55 gallon trash bag apart. I contacted Mr. Faulkroad and he insinuated that bears aren't out during the day and his guys must've missed it. He said he nor his guys are going to clean up the mess and I had to go pick up all the trash in 100 degree heat. Mr. Faulkroad didn't offer a free week or anything. If anything he made me feel as though this was my fault and that I should purchase a barrel so his guys wouldn't miss my enormous 55 gallon trash bag sitting at the same place it's been for 9 years. We are paid 4 months ahead and never missed a payment. This is unacceptable and I will be terminating my relationship with Charles Faulkroad INC.
