I call it OK when a tow company said they'll be out in 30 minutes to my location and they are there on that time, thats impressive for a tow company in this day and time.

Nothing but a bunch of shady people. Rude and nasty to deal with, I hope no one ever has to deal with these a**holes.

The worst towing company I have every run across. They are shady-under-the -table dealers. They charged me $345 to retrieve my vehicle that they towed, and offered to lower the price to $285 if I slipped them cash!!! The county should investigate them for unethical practices. I filed a complaint to the county and they are already under investigation!!! Use someone else!!!

Tow company was very prompt and fairly inexpensive @ $75 to pull my Dodge Neon out of a ditch. The road was icy and I slid the 2 ft wheels off the pavement into the ditch. I think the tow driver compressed the rear tires a little hard and knocked one off the bead, but put air in it and its fine. If you are in a jam in Millersville and need a tow I recommend ABC Towing. They also pulled another car that slid off the road near me while they were there. It was funny watching the cop on the scene exchange profanity with an ornery citizen. lol ABC Take Mastercard and Visa andI assume Cash. Good luck if your stuck.

They are terrible. With a drivers license and credit card they still require a thumb print. Who in their right mind would believe a towing company has any form of security? I think they should be put out of business.

This company is completely ridiculous. They towed my car at 3:00 in the morning on a Saturday night from a private garage where I HAD A PERMIT. They not only caused me to believe that my car was stolen which prompted a police report, but they also told me that I had to pay CASH to retrieve my vehicle. On their website it clearly states that all payment options are accepted. What kind of discrepancy is that?? This towing company is clearly out just to make easy money towing cars from where they already belong. I am highly dissatisfied and would like to see this company reprimanded.
