Would not recommend this dentist to anybody after my experience. I went there to get a tooth filled. I was in a lot of pain. Had an cavity that was causing my me to loose sleep and was very painful. They did the exam and x-rays. Told me what needed to be done to get my teeth back where they should be after years of having no insurance. Now here comes the bad part, the dentist wanted to do a deep cleaning first and while they did that they would fill my cavity. BUT had to come up with 1035.00 before they would even do the cavity fill. I didn't get prescribed antibiotics for my infection to help with the swelling in my face and left there without my tooth being fixed and still went home in pain. I found another dentist and he right away put me on antibiotics and I get the tooth filled a week from now.

I have gone to Dr. Pesta for several years. Great staff and service. I have been to both offices both here and York. Cathy was great with my insurance. I would highly recommend this office!

Unprofessional front staff/hygienist. They seem friendly at first, but this turned out to be a façade. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great visit! Dr. Pesta explained everything to me. I no longer hate the Dentist. I would recommend this office to anyone who is highly anxious about going to the Dentist!

In response to Candy H's review: Dentists are required both legally and ethically to provide a comprehensive exam outlining a patients treatment BEFORE rendering care. In addition, the patients medical physician may have to be contacted prior to rendering treatment. Only in cases of an emergency, would the full exam not be done. Unfortunately, Dentist's are the messengers delivering information that some patients don't want to hear. Our bill for the procedures described is only $168.00 not $200.00. This is roughly 25% less than the average charge. It's a great deal not a rip off. When transferring records, a patient release signature is required by state law. Should a patient refuse to sign for the records we cannot send them. In summary, taking X-rays and informing a patient of their dental condition before rendering care is just the right thing to do. Most patients are very appreciative that we don't just start care without reviewing everything. Kurt A. Pesta DDS (in practice 25 years)

DON'T GO HERE !

Went here to get a cavity filled, and left with nothing, except a bill for $200.00, and an unfilled cavity. All he did was take xrays, both film and panoramic, look in my moth, and then procceded to tell me all about what was wrong with my mouth and that it would cost about $3,000 to fix everything. What !? All I want is a cavity filled, not a deep cleaning, and a plan for dentures 15 years down the road, (which they don't do), among other stupid add on's. And good luck trying to get my xrays to my new dentist, it was one excuse on top of another and getting HUNG UP ON by kathy, the dentist's wife ! There's only 2 people that work there, him and his wife, no one else. She is the recipanist, hygienist, etc. and him, that's it. This place is a rip off ! Save your money, and go to a real dentist.
