This is one of the best smaller R. V. parks that I have ever used. It is very quiet and caters to adult living. It has all the amenities of full time living. Very private. It is one of the only parks I have used that is safety minded. It has a large solid concrete room that holds 60 people. According to the owner it is supposed to withstand 150 m.p.h tornadoes.

This park is the most private and trouble free park I have ever visited. There is one private road in and out of the park, and the park owner lives in the park. It is newly constructed and constantly improving. I like to fish, so there is a small deep lake stocked with bass and blue gill. I am not very good at maneuvering a camper, but that wasn't a problem because the concrete parking pads are hugh 17 ft. wide by 37 ft. long in size. There was no problem with my computer work, because the park has wireless internet. The park has night lights throughout, and after about 10 p.m., about the only movement I saw in the park was occasionally a deer walking on the boundry of the park. I was told when I rented, that the park catered to adult living. This was true because some of the people I met were either working people, some retired, ir career military. I stayed a week in this park, and I would definitly be happy to return. From the stand point of privacy and safetyness, I would rate this park with five stars.
