I came in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great, the manicure was half ass at best. My cuticles were not trimmed, the nails were lopsided, I asked for a nail file and began fixing them myself, but the nail file was snatched out of my hand and she
proceeded to do a half ass job of fixing them, they are still not right, I will either have to remove the polish and file my nails and attempt to cut my cuticles or go somewhere else. I will say that business did start to pick up, and the lady was moving extremely fast, I guess to get to the next client, I certainly hope that no one else got the same service as I did with the manicure. I doubt seriously that I will return unless I can be assured that my next manicure will be done properly by someone that is not in so much of a darn hurry
